Delete your MoolBazaar account

Use this form to ask us to delete your account in the MoolBazaar: Mutual Funds & SIP app (for investors) or the Mool Bazaar Partner app (for distributors).
You can also do it in the app. Investor app: open Account, then Settings, then Manage Account, then Delete Account.
Partner app: tap the settings icon on the Home screen, then Manage Account, then Delete Account.

What happens when you delete your account

  • We close your account and sign you out on every device.
  • We stop using your information for our services and for marketing.
  • We keep your KYC and transaction records for at least 5 years after your account closes, because the law requires it.
  • We delete the rest of your information within 30 days.
  • Your mutual fund investments are not sold. Your folios stay with the fund houses, and you can still deal with them directly.

Before deleting anything, we confirm it is really you, usually with an OTP to your registered mobile number. We reply within 30 days.
